This client had worked with Locate previously, so there was already a level of trust and understanding around how we operate. When they returned to Australia, the brief was different — this was the search for their forever home.

We secured the right property within 7 days of engagement. The final purchase was below where they were initially prepared to buy, but more importantly, it was a significantly stronger asset in terms of quality, position, and long-term hold.
