Shane established the agency to impart his skills, approach, and experience to other buyer’s advocates in order to help as many people as possible fulfil their property aspirations and enjoy the property acquisition experience. Shane Hiscock & his team
Shane has worked in the Brisbane real estate industry for the past 15 years, with the majority of that time as a buyer’s agent in the real estate market. Prior to becoming a Buyers Agent, Shane worked extensively in the property development space developing over 30+ residential properties in Brisbane in the middle and inner-ring suburbs of Brisbane.
Prior to transitioning into the real estate industry, Shane held numerous sales and business development roles with IBM Australia. It was after he and his wife purchased their first home and he recognised the importance of the decision and the challenges people face, that prompted Shane to transition from IT into real estate. Initially Shane decided to design & build dream homes but then, by people seeking out his knowledge and experience, Shane moved into helping people evaluate & secure existing properties.
Shane completed a large number of development projects and helped clients purchase everything from their dream homes to high-performing investment properties over his real estate career. Shane thrives in the fast-paced and exciting nature of securing excellent properties for his clients at competitive prices, and is set apart from other Brisbane buyer’s agents by his integrity, passion, respect and commitment to go the extra mile for all clients.
