In recent years, Lucinda started a rent roll from the ground up in one of Brisbane’s most desired blue-chip suburbs, bringing in over 100 managements within a 12 month period and has received multiple awards for her dedication and hard work.

With an impressive track record as a multi-award winning Sales Manager, Tenielle transitioned into the world of real estate in early 2021, representing medical professionals who sought owner-occupier and investment properties in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Shane has worked in the Brisbane Real Estate industry for the past 13 years with the majority of that time as a Buyers Agent and also in the Property Development space.

Prior to joining the Real Estate industry, Shane held numerous sales and business development roles with IBM Australia.

He discovered his passion for property when he and his wife purchased their first property. From then Shane made a move out of IT into the property industry and he has spent the last 13 years completing his own development projects and assisting his clients to purchase their dream homes, or highly performing investment properties and managing property development projects.

​Shane has now completed over 30 projects in the middle and inner ring suburbs of Brisbane and he brings that experience to his clients whether they are purchasing a family home, an investment property or development site.
